Program overview
The Special Underserved and Needy Children Empowerment Programme works in five primary schools in Migori County with ADRA Hungary, ELTE Bárczi Gusztáv Faculty of Special Needs Education, and support from Hungary Helps. Activities include screening, school development, teacher training, and—together with Rongo University and ELTE—a joint certification pathway for educators.
